Effective for bowel

I'm very satisfied with this product. I alternate it with live bacteria, and it’s fantastic! I have irritable bowel syndrome and partial indigestibility, but thanks to inulin, I regularly go to the toilet without discomfort. I love the taste! I prepare it by dissolving spoons in half a glass of water overnight, and I've already purchased three jars!

Improves digestion
A life saver for those with chronic constipation. This excellent fibre product dissolves easily and tastes nearly like water. It has significantly helped with my irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-C), softening stool and alleviating symptoms. Although the dosage requires fine-tuning to avoid causing loose stools, it has positively affected my digestion over the years.

Needs improvement
I use this as an additional source of fibre to manage my blood sugar and relieve constipation caused by medication. It improves gut health generally but hasn’t resolved my constipation issues, as I find konjac works better. I will continue using it with other fibres to see if I gain better results.
